Terms of service
Service
StitchCraft manages embroidery digitizing orders with professional review. The team can generate drafts from SVG and simple PNG/JPG logos with Ink/Stitch, or prepare files manually. Delivery requires design review and a test-sew.
Artwork and instructions
Only upload artwork you have permission to use. Specify size, fabric and machine format. Check the instructions and total before confirming.
Pricing and delivery
Prices are in USD per design. Complexity and timing must match the requested work. Delivery is downloaded from the order and messages are available for questions.
Revisions
Basic includes one revision, Simple two, and Standard and Complex unlimited revisions within the agreed scope. Changing the original artwork may require a new order.
No-charge preview
In this version you can test ordering, payment and delivery without a card. The generator produces real machine files as automatic drafts. Review the stitches and test-sew on the intended fabric before production.
