Send a message from your order explaining the issue and desired solution. If you cannot access your order, use the contact form with your order number.
Before work begins
Request cancellation if the work has not started. The team reviews the request and associated payment before issuing a refund.
After delivery
If a file does not meet the agreed specifications, request a revision with technical details. The team reviews correction or refund options for each case.
Payment status
The application records refunds confirmed by Stripe and deducts them from order revenue. The test version has no charges or money to refund.
